Charlotte joined the IBR in 1990. Her earlier background is in office software systems, database design and management, and educational software training. She manages the IBR and DATOS Websites. She also designs Research Reports from IBR quarterly newsletters, IBR Technical Reports, and Research Summaries on special research topics; consults with staff on data presentation for conferences and journal publication graphics; and manages creation of online documents, such as IBR’s annual report. She is a senior member
of the Society of Technical Communication and has received Online Communication Competition awards for IBR Web-based and electronic document design from the society. In 2008, Charlotte completed the Master of Science degree in Information Science at the University of North Texas, College of Information, Library Science, and Technologies in Denton, with additional certification as a Health Informatics Specialist.
