Charlotte joined the IBR in 1990. Her earlier background is in office software systems, database design and management, and educational software training. She manages the IBR and DATOS Websites. She also designs Research Reports from IBR quarterly newsletters, IBR Technical Reports, and Research Summaries on special topics; consults with staff for PowerPoint® presentations and publication graphics; and creates online special reports, such as IBR’s annual report. She is a senior member
of the Society of Technical Communication and has received Online Communication Competition awards for IBR Web-based and electronic document design from the society. In 2008, Charlotte completed the Master of Science degree in Information Science at the University of North Texas, College of Information, Library Science, and Technologies in Denton, focusing on information resources management, digital libraries, and systems analysis.
